Can we really change our thoughts?
The Oxford dictionary defines Auto-Suggestion as; The hypnotic or subconsious adoption of an idea that one has originated oneself through repetition of verbal statements to oneself in order to change thoughts and behaviors.
Our subconsious is the part of our brain that makes decisions without having to actively think about them.
By harnessing the power of positive health-wealth and happiness, we can truly have what our hearts desire--through our thinking!
The late great Napolean Hill said "There are no limitations to the mind except those we aknowledge".
Our subconsious mind is a force to be reckoned with. It makes up 95% of our brain power and handles everything our bodies need to function, including choosing our thoughts.
Our subconsious accepts all of our thoughts to be 100% true, whether good or bad. Have you ever said to yourself "everything I eat goes right to my thighs"? guess what? Or "I am no good at math", guess what? You are what you think!
This is very important stuff so how do we change our thoughts for the better? Earl Nightengale said "Whatever we plant in our subconsious mind and nourish it with repitition and emotion, will become a reality.
Want to be Healthy, Rich, or a Rock Star? Write down what you want, feel the emotion that you already have it and own it!
Then read your new normal everyday, twice a day, upon arising in the morning and before you go to sleep. Read it aloud with the excitement and emotion that you are already living it.
