The new Super food
Fighting or preventing cancer?
Cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, and califlower) are what you should be consuming daily for the sulforaphane properties they contain.
Broccoli sprouts contain 100 to 400 times more sulforaphane than their sister vegetables.
Broccoli sprouts are immature broccoli that has not yet flowered into florets.
This super food is also high in vitamin A, vitamin C, and fiber and has powerful anti-infamatory properties.
Broccoli is super easy to grow (more on that tomorrow) and can be added to salads, wraps, smoothies and more.
If you can eat them raw, do so and 1/2 a cup a day is so good for you.
Please remember, I am not a doctor, but have been researching a healthy lifestyle since fighting and beating colon and liver cancer!
